Businesses do not choose promotional bags on material alone. Appearance, durability, usefulness, ordering requirements and the evidence behind environmental claims all matter.
011. A large surface for a genuinely custom design
The ECOZZ Custom bag uses full-bleed printing across the main bag body. The artwork is not a small image placed inside a frame. Before ordering, the production proof shows the actual crop, placement and relationship between the design and bag construction.
The handles and side label remain construction elements and are not covered by the main artwork.
022. A practical product for repeat use
Lightweight recycled polyester folds down easily, handles normal repeated use and supports strong colour reproduction. Actual product life still depends on load, handling, construction and manufacturing quality.
ECOZZ therefore does not promise a universal number of uses or an automatically “zero-impact” product. A better approach is to choose a bag people will genuinely reuse and to rely on verifiable material and production information.
033. Purchasing without registration or a blind commitment
A business user creates a design without an account and first submits only a non-binding request. Delivery address, company/VAT IDs and payment details are added only after a specific quote and proof are ready.
This is useful for marketing teams, agencies, museums, retailers and public institutions where several people may need to approve design and budget.
044. Versioned quote, proof and audit trail
Every final quote and production proof has a version. The portal records which versions were approved, when approval happened and which terms were accepted.
If the proof does not match the brief, the customer selects “I need changes” and describes the correction. The request returns to review without entering an order number.
055. Online deposit or deposit invoice
After approval, the deposit can be paid online through Stripe or by requesting an invoice and bank transfer. A business can add its invoice email, company ID, VAT ID and internal purchase reference. For invoice payments, production starts after receipt is confirmed unless ECOZZ agrees different terms in writing.
The deposit is not hidden. It is part of the specific quote. It may commonly be 50%, but the accepted quote always governs the actual order.
