How to Order ECOZZ Custom Promotional Bags

An ECOZZ Custom order starts as a non-binding design request. You do not need an account or password. The order only becomes binding later, after you review a specific quote and production proof.

011. Create the design without registering

The configurator accepts PNG, JPEG and WebP artwork. You can adjust its position, scale and rotation and select the available bag options. ECOZZ Custom bags have a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces.

Your configuration is saved while you work. Economy uses a 110-day lead time and Express a 60-day lead time; the date picker prevents an earlier requested delivery date. The displayed price is a server-calculated estimate that includes the selected delivery and excludes VAT. VAT is determined later from the delivery country and billing details.

022. Submit the design for review

The initial form only asks for your name, email, company and country. Phone and notes are optional. We do not request a delivery address, company registration number, VAT ID or payment details at this stage.

Submitting the form creates a non-binding request, not a completed order. ECOZZ reviews the artwork, feasibility and selected parameters.

033. Receive one quote and one production proof

The ECOZZ team prepares the production price, shipping, currency, deposit, expected date and final proof. The quote and proof arrive together in one email with a personal portal link.

The portal shows the original artwork next to the final proof. You can request an adjustment or approve the displayed proof.

044. Add delivery details and choose payment

Only at final approval do you provide:

• delivery address and carrier contact;
• billing address, invoice email and optional company/VAT IDs;
• your purchase order number or internal reference;
• the deposit payment method.

You can pay the deposit through secure Stripe Checkout or request a deposit invoice and bank transfer. For an invoice, ECOZZ adds the invoice number, due date and payment instructions. Issuing an invoice alone does not release production; payment must be confirmed unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing.

055. Track production and delivery

After the deposit is paid, the order moves into pre-production. The portal shows a clear operational timeline:

• deposit paid;
• pre-production;
• in production;
• ready to ship;
• shipped;
• completed.

The same portal keeps the approved files, payments and messages. After dispatch it also shows the carrier, tracking number and tracking link.

• the best available source artwork;
• the required quantity, at least 500 pieces;
• whether you need a zipper and premium packaging;
• your requested date;
• billing information for the final approval stage.

A print PDF is not required for the first upload. If production needs another file, it can be supplied later in the order conversation.
